Interview Week
Interview for the new admission of trainees will be held from 25th to 28th February 2013 at Kinarut Campus, Penampang.

Job Placement Week
The interview for possible job placement with prospective employers will be held from 24th to 31st March 2013 at Kinarut Campus, Penampang. All interested employers are required to submit their company profiles, job description and remuneration packages before interview with the graduating trainees can be arranged.

Holy Week
The Holy Week will be observed at the Campus from 24th to 31th March 2013, commencing with Palm Sunday on 24th March and ending with Easter Sunday celebration on 31st March 2013 at St. Paul’s Chapel on-the-hill, Kinarut. All are welcome.

13th Graduation Day
Batch 13 Trainees will be graduated from their two-year training programme on 18th May 2013. This year’s graduation will also see the first batch of graduating trainees in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanics (Domestic) course. Other successful graduates will obtain their Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 1 and 2 in Motor Mechanics, Shielded Metal Arc Welding and Senior Furniture Making (Carpentry). The function will be held at Kinarut Campus, Penampang.

Admission Day – Batch 15
MYTC will receive a new batch of trainees for either one of the four courses offered – Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Mechanics (Domestic), Motor Mechanics, Welding and Carpentry – on 15th June 2013 at Kinarut Campus, Penampang. This will be MYTC’s 15 batch of trainees.

7th Annual Montfort Charity Golf Tournament
We will be holding our 7th annual charity golf tournament on 6th July 2013. Further details on the event will be updated from time to time.

7th Open House Bazaar & Carnival
This year’s Open House Carnival will take place on 13th October 2013 at Kinarut Campus, Penampang. Stalls selling home-cook meals and other regional delicacies will be on the offering to the public besides Montfort’s own in-house wood and metal products. Public will also be able to take a closer look at our Skill Development Campus where training on various trade courses is being conducted.

Christmas Party 2012
This will be held on 14 December 2012. The Party is also an occasion of thanksgiving to our Friends who were our stall-holders at our recent Open House Carnival. This is the last event for the year before the Institution breaks for December Christmas holiday.

December Christmas Holiday Break
The Trainees will be going home for their Christmas holiday on 15 December 2012. They will report back to the Campus to resume their training on 2 January 2013.

Interview Week 2013
MYTC will hold an Interview Week on 25 to 28 February 2013 for Batch 15 Trainees. Letter of Notice to the potential applicants will be sent out in January 2013. Youth who had submitted their application form to the Institution before January 2013 and have not received the Letter of Notice is requested to contact our office.

MYTC Open House Carnival 2012
This year's Open House Carnival will take place on 7th October 2012 (Sunday) at Kinarut Campus. Come and sample our home-cooked meals and foods, 50-odd stalls altogether, and all prepared by supporters and friends of Montfort.

Interview Week 2012

The interview for 2012/2014 Intake will take place from 5 March to 8 March 2012. This will be MYTC's 14 Batch since our establishment in 1999. Successful applicants will be admitted into our Institution on 16 June 2012.

Holy Week 2012
Triduum leading to Easter Sunday will be celebrated at St. Paul's Chapel on-the-Hill, starting 5 to 8 April 2012.

Graduation 2012
Graduation Day for Batch 12 will be on 26 May 2012. 50 boys will have attained their SKM Level I & II certificates in Motor Mechanic, Furniture Making and Welding.

Charity Golf 2012
Calling golf enthusiasts to our Montfort Charity Golf 2012.This year's annual charity golf tournament will take place in June 2012. More updates to come.
